12-1242.   Same; powers of board of directors.The library board of a library established as herein provided shallconstitute a body corporate and politic, possessing the usual powers of acorporation for public purposes under the name and style of: "librarydistrict No. ____, county of ____, state of Kansas." And under such namemay contract, sue and be sued, acquire, hold and convey real and personalproperty in accordance with law.
