12-1246.   Same; bond of treasurer; records and reports.The treasurer of said library district shall give bond in an amountfixed and approved by the board of said library district for thesafekeeping and due disbursement of all funds which may come into his orher hands as such treasurer. Said bond shall be filed with the county clerkof the county in which said district is located. Such treasurer shall keepan accurate record of all money and property received and disbursed by himor her and make a report thereof monthly to the library board, or, as oftenas said board may require.
