12-1253.   Same; acceptance of gift; terms.Any gift offered under provisions of this act shall be accepted only byformal action by resolution in the case of a board of education orordinance in the case of a city. Such resolution or ordinance shall citethis act as authority therefor and shall recite the terms of the gift andthe conditions thereof.
