12-1255.   Same; investmentof moneys in building fund.Such board of directors may invest any portion of the building fund whichis not currently needed in investments authorized by K.S.A. 12-1675, andamendments thereto, in the manner prescribed therein or in direct short-termobligations of the United States government, the principal and interestwhereof is guaranteed by the government of the United States. All interestreceived thereon on any such investment, shall upon receipt thereof be creditedto the building fund.
