Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES

Article 13.--PARKS, PUBLIC SQUARES AND MARKET SQUARES

     
12-1303.   City parks; maintenance; tax levy, use of proceeds.
For the purpose of maintaining such parks and to pay a portion of the principal
and interest on bonds issued under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and
amendments thereto, by cities located in the county, cities are hereby authorized
to levy a tax to be known as park tax.
