12-1303.   City parks; maintenance; tax levy, use of proceeds.For the purpose of maintaining such parks and to pay a portion of the principaland interest on bonds issued under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, andamendments thereto, by cities located in the county, cities are hereby authorizedto levy a tax to be known as park tax.
