12-1310.   Cemetery land for park purposes.The governing body of any city may and they are hereby given authorityto set aside for park purposes any portion of cemetery land owned by saidcity that is unsuitable for burial purposes, and such tracts thus set apartfor park purposes shall be deemed and held to be public parks and notcemetery land.
