12-1411.   Same; bonds of custodians of funds.In all cities or cemeteries owned andoperated by private corporations, which by majority vote of their officialsadopt this law, the custodians of the funds, known as endowment fund, shallinclude in their bonds for faithful performance of their duty, double theamount of such endowment fund, on hand when they take the official oath ofoffice.
