12-1412.   Improvements connecting outside city.The governing body in the cities that owncemeteries lying beyond the corporate limits of such cities shall inaddition to the powers now conferred by law, have the following powers:To use money from the general improvement fund to pave, grade,curb, gutter, macadam or gravel, or repave, regrade, remacadam or regravelor regutter any street, alley, avenue or road from the boundary line ofsuch city to the entrance of such cemetery.
