12-1414.   Same; tax levies.The governing body shall provide for the payment of the cost of suchimprovements by installments of equal amounts in each year, and shall makea levy upon all of the property in the city each year to pay the interestand installments on such bonds, which levy shall be in addition to anyother levies heretofore authorized.
