12-1419b.   Acquisition by gift in city or township, when.The governing body of any city or township is hereby empowered to acceptby resolution as a gift any cemetery owned by religious bodies,denominations or unincorporated associations when such transfer is made inaccordance with, and in the manner provided by, the bylaws of suchreligious body, denomination or unincorporated association.
