12-1423.   Same; organization.Said directors shall, immediately after their appointment, meet andorganize by the selection of one of their number as president, and theelection of such other officers as they may deem necessary, and who shallhold office for one year. They shall make and adopt such bylaws, rules andregulations for their own guidance and for the regulation and government ofthe city cemeteries as they may deem expedient and not inconsistent withthis act. They shall have charge of and supervision over the citycemeteries, with exclusive power to expend cemetery funds in maintaining,caring for and improving said cemeteries.
