12-1424.   Same; treasurer; term; bond.It shall be the duty of the directors of every cemetery [board]appointed under the provisions of this act to elect a treasurer of suchboard, who shall hold office for a term of two years and until his or hersuccessor is elected and qualified, and shall give bond in such amount asthe board may direct, to be approved by the board, for the safekeeping andthe due disbursement of all funds that may come into his or her hands assuch treasurer.
