12-1425. Same; sexton and assistants.
They shall have power to appoint a suitable sexton and necessary
assistants, and fix their compensation, and shall also have the power to
remove such appointees, and in general carry out the spirit of this act in
maintaining the cemeteries in proper and suitable condition.
