12-1425.   Same; sexton and assistants.They shall have power to appoint a suitable sexton and necessaryassistants, and fix their compensation, and shall also have the power toremove such appointees, and in general carry out the spirit of this act inmaintaining the cemeteries in proper and suitable condition.
