Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES

Article 14.--CEMETERIES

     
12-1435.   Same; perpetual care contracts exempt.
This act shall not apply to any lot or lots in any cemetery where a
perpetual care contract has been entered into between such cemetery and the
owner of such lot.
