12-1438.   Same; investment and use of income.Upon receipt of funds for such purpose, such city shall place same in aspecial trust fund, to be invested by said city as the donor may direct orif the donor has notspecified, such fund shall be invested in investments authorized by K.S.A.12-1675, and amendments thereto, in the manner prescribed therein with theincome from said sum tobe used for the maintenance and upkeep of such lots as the donor maydirect.
