12-1505.   Plumbing and sewerage regulations; permit.Each city in the statehaving a system of water supply or sewerage may by ordinance, prescriberules and regulationsfor the materials, construction and inspection of all plumbing and sewerageplaced in or in connection with any building in each city, and may furtherprovide that no plumbing workshall be done, except in case of repairing leaks, without a permit firstbeing issued therefor upon such terms and conditions as such city shallprescribe.
