12-1609.   Same; penalty.Any city treasurer violating any of the provisions of this act shall bedeemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon the conviction thereof, shall besubject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than onehundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not less than thirtynor more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, for eachoffense.
