12-1610c.   League of Kansas municipalities; annual dues, expenses ofattending meetings.Any city is authorized to pay the annual city dues in the league ofKansas municipalities and to pay the actual expenses of its officers oremployees who are authorized by the citygoverning body to attend any meetings of such league.
