12-1610e. Same; membership in, when;
instrumentality; powers; act supplemental.
Any city in the state of Kansas may have membership in the league of
Kansas municipalities by action of the governing body and payment of the
annual membership dues and subscriptions.
The league of Kansas municipalities is hereby constituted an
instrumentality of the member cities of said league. The member cities
acting by, through and in the name of such instrumentality are authorized
to maintain local government information and research services and
facilities and the Kansas government journal. This act shall be
supplemental to K.S.A. 12-1610a, 12-1610b, 12-1610c and 12-1610d or any
amendments thereto.
