12-1610e.   Same; membership in, when;instrumentality; powers; act supplemental.Any city in the state of Kansas may have membership in the league ofKansas municipalities by action of the governing body and payment of theannual membership dues and subscriptions.

      The league of Kansas municipalities is hereby constituted aninstrumentality of the member cities of said league. The member citiesacting by, through and in the name of such instrumentality are authorizedto maintain local government information and research services andfacilities and the Kansas government journal. This act shall besupplemental to K.S.A. 12-1610a, 12-1610b, 12-1610c and 12-1610d or anyamendments thereto.
