12-1610f.   Same; city delegates; powers and duties.The governing body of each member city may elect city delegates fromamong the city's officers to represent the city in the conduct andmanagement of the affairs of the league of Kansas municipalities. Suchcity delegates shall have powerto adopt resolutions and establish general policies for the conduct ofthe affairs of said league, to establish annual membership dues andsubscriptions, and to provide for the necessary officers and a governingbody and to prescribe the powers and duties thereof.
