Article 16.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

     
12-1617g.   Ordinances on nuisances.
The governing body of any city is hereby granted the power to pass and
adopt all ordinances that are necessary to carry into effect the provisions
of this act, and to provide penalties for the violation of the provisions
of such ordinances not inconsistent with the provisions of this act.
