12-1617g.   Ordinances on nuisances.The governing body of any city is hereby granted the power to pass andadopt all ordinances that are necessary to carry into effect the provisionsof this act, and to provide penalties for the violation of the provisionsof such ordinances not inconsistent with the provisions of this act.
