12-1617i.   Same; fund.All moneys collected by virtue of the tax authorized byK.S.A. 12-1617h, and amendments thereto, shallbe placed in a fund known as an "industrialdevelopment fund," and shall be used by the governing body of such cityfor the purpose of inducing industries to locate orremain within the city ornear its environs.
