12-1661. Same; tax levy, use of proceeds.
In order to provide funds to carry out the provisions of this act and to
pay a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued by such city
under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto, the
governing body of any city may levy an annual tax on all the taxable
tangible property in the city.
