12-1661.   Same; tax levy, use of proceeds.In order to provide funds to carry out the provisions of this act and topay a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued by such cityunder the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto, thegoverning body of any city may levy an annual tax on all the taxabletangible property in the city.
