12-1667.   Same; tax levies; outside aggregate limits.A public agency required herein to levy a tax because of failure offederal aid, shall make such annual levy as is necessary to pay therefunding temporary notes or no-fund warrants and the interest thereon andsuch tax levies shall be outside of any aggregate limit of tax levies forsuch public agency.
