12-1680a.   Acquisition of computerized police and fire vehicle locatingequipment; general obligation bonds.The governing body of any city or county may acquire all or any part ofthe equipment necessary or desirable for the operation of a computerizedprogram for locating and reporting on the location of police and fire vehicles,and may issue general obligation bonds of such city or county in the amountnecessary for the payment of all or part of the cost thereof.
