12-1683.   Conduct of activities of museums; acceptance of gifts.Any city or school district or museum board given charge of a communityhistorical museum pursuant to this act is authorized to conduct theactivities of the museum on any property under its custody and management,or, with proper consent, on any other public property and upon privateproperty with the consent of the owners, and may receive gifts from anysource whatsoever.
