12-1691. Same; acceptance of gifts and articles of historical value.
The museum board may accept bequests, gifts, donations or loans of
documents, records and articles of historical value or interest for such
museum and also bequests, gifts or donations of money or other things of
value to be used in carrying out the provisions of this act.
