12-1739.   Same; sale of building, when; disposition of moneys.Any city owning any public building and site is, except as otherwisespecifically provided by law, hereby authorized to sell such building orbuilding and site upon such terms and in such manner as the governing bodymay deem to be in the best interest of the city. Moneys received from thesale of any such building or building and site may be placed in a specialbuilding fund and used for any of the purposes authorized by this act ormay be used in combination with other funds as provided by K.S.A. 12-1737.
