12-1744b.   Same; findings by state court of taxappeals; filing.Revenue bonds for which notice is required to be filed pursuant toK.S.A. 12-1744a, and amendments thereto, shall not be issuedunless the chief judge of the statecourt of tax appeals finds all information and documents required to becontained in such notice are complete and timely filed. Thestate court of tax appeals shall establish, by rules and regulations,procedures for thefiling of the required information and documents in the event that theinformation and documents originally filed are not found to becomplete and timely filed, and such bonds may be issued upon compliancetherewith.
