12-1744c.   Same; certification of issuance andverification by bond counsel.Upon the issuance of revenue bonds for which notice is required to befiled pursuant to K.S.A. 12-1744a, and amendments thereto, a certificateevidencing such issuance shall be filed with the chiefjudge of the state court of tax appeals, along withverification thereof by the appropriate bond counsel within 15 daysafter the date of such issuance.
