12-1744d.   Same; failure to file notice; ouster ofmembers of governing body.Failure to comply with the notice filing requirements of this act shallsubject all members of the governing body of the issuing city or county whoparticipated in the issuance of the revenue bonds to ouster from office uponcomplaint filed by the state court of tax appealsin the office of theattorney general.
