12-1749b. Issuance of revenue bonds; certain purposes prohibited.
No revenue bonds shall be issued under authority of K.S.A.
12-1740 to 12-1749a, inclusive, and amendments thereto, in which all or part
of the proceeds of such bond issue are to be used to purchase, acquire,
construct, reconstruct, improve, equip, furnish, repair, enlarge or remodel
property for any swine production facility on agricultural
land which is
owned, acquired, obtained or leased by a corporation. As used in this
section, "corporation," "agricultural land" and "swine
production facility"
have the meanings respectively ascribed thereto by K.S.A. 17-5903, and
amendments thereto.
