12-1749b.   Issuance of revenue bonds; certain purposes prohibited.No revenue bonds shall be issued under authority of K.S.A.12-1740 to 12-1749a, inclusive, and amendments thereto, in which all or partof the proceeds of such bond issue are to be used to purchase, acquire,construct, reconstruct, improve, equip, furnish, repair, enlarge or remodelproperty for any swine production facility on agriculturalland which isowned, acquired, obtained or leased by a corporation. As used in thissection, "corporation," "agricultural land" and "swineproduction facility"have the meanings respectively ascribed thereto by K.S.A. 17-5903, andamendments thereto.
