12-1749c.   Same; notice to school districts.Prior to the approval of an inducement resolution or letterof intent which includes an agreement for ad valorem tax abatement forproperty to be financed by issuance of any industrial revenue bonds underK.S.A. 12-1740 through 12-1749a, and amendments thereto, the county or cityclerk, as the case requires, shall notify in writing the governing board ofthe unified school district within which the property proposed for exemption islocated.
