12-1756f. Organizations interested in rehabilitating abandoned
property.
The enforcing officer shall maintain a list of all
organizations who are interested in rehabilitating abandoned property and who
have requested to be included on such list. The
organizations on such list shall be given written notice of abandoned property
which may be available for
rehabilitation by any such organization. The enforcing officer may require
that requests to be included on such list be submitted annually to the
enforcing officer.
