12-1756f.   Organizations interested in rehabilitating abandonedproperty.The enforcing officer shall maintain a list of allorganizations who are interested in rehabilitating abandoned property and whohave requested to be included on such list. Theorganizations on such list shall be given written notice of abandoned propertywhich may be available forrehabilitation by any such organization. The enforcing officer may requirethat requests to be included on such list be submitted annually to theenforcing officer.
