12-1762.   Same; fixing of rates and charges.The public building commission authorized to be created under this actshall be authorized to establish and fix rates, rentals, fees and charges,for the use of any and all buildings or space therein or other facilitiesowned and operated by the commission, sufficient at all times to paymaintenance and operation costs of such buildings or facilities, theprincipal of and the interest on the bonds issued by the commission as thesame shall become due and payable, and to make all payments to any accountscreated by any bond resolution.
