12-1774a.   Default; payment from public funds,when.In the event that the city shall default in the payment of any specialobligation bonds payable from revenues authorized pursuant to subsection(a)(1)(D) of K.S.A. 12-1774,and amendments thereto, no public funds shall be used to pay the holdersthereof except as otherwise specifically authorized in this act.
