12-1779.   Issuance of industrial revenue bonds in redevelopment district.Industrial revenue bonds may be issued under the authority of K.S.A.12-1740 et seq., and amendments thereto,for the purchase, construction, reconstruction, equipping, maintenance andrepair of buildings and facilities within a redevelopmentdistrict establishedunder the provisions of this act.
