12-1779.   Issuance of industrial revenue bonds in redevelopment district.
Industrial revenue bonds may be issued under the authority of K.S.A.
12-1740 et seq., and amendments thereto,
for the purchase, construction, reconstruction, equipping, maintenance and
repair of buildings and facilities within a redevelopment
district established
under the provisions of this act.
