12-1780a. Application of act.
The provisions of this act shall be applicable to
redevelopment districts created after July 1, 2001, however, any city which has
created a redevelopment district prior to the effective date of this act may,
by an ordinance of the governing body, elect to have the provisions of this act
apply to such.
