12-1792. Same; special fund.
Any city which has established a business improvement district
shall establish a special fund for each such district, which shall be subject
to the cash basis, budget and other laws of this state in the same manner
as other city funds. Any gifts or grants to the city for the purpose of
providing services or facilities within an improvement district may be deposited
in such fund and may be expended outside the budget law. Moneys in other
funds of the city may be advanced to the special fund provided reimbursement
is made to the fund from which the money was advanced prior to the end of
the fiscal year.
