12-1792.   Same; special fund.Any city which has established a business improvement districtshall establish a special fund for each such district, which shall be subjectto the cash basis, budget and other laws of this state in the same manneras other city funds. Any gifts or grants to the city for the purpose ofproviding services or facilities within an improvement district may be depositedin such fund and may be expended outside the budget law. Moneys in otherfunds of the city may be advanced to the special fund provided reimbursementis made to the fund from which the money was advanced prior to the end ofthe fiscal year.
