12-1793.   Same; modification of included area; notice, hearing.Any modification of the area included within a district shallbe made by ordinance following a public hearing, preceded by at least 30days written notice to all businesses within the existing and proposed district,served by first class mail notice. Any district may be abolished by ordinancefollowing a public hearing, preceded by at least 30 days written noticeto all businesses within the district by first class mail.
