Article 17.--BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND GROUNDS

     
12-17,105.   Same; establishment of funds.
The governing body of the city, acting on behalf of the district,
may establish a self-supported
improvement district operations fund and a
capital improvements fund, or combination thereof, and such other funds
deemed necessary.
