12-17,106.   Same; severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any personsor circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or application of the act which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provisions or application and to this end the provisions ofthis act are declared to be severable.
