Chapter 12.--CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES

Article 17.--BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND GROUNDS

     
12-17,106.   Same; severability.
If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any persons
or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other
provisions or application of the act which can be given effect without
the invalid provisions or application and to this end the provisions of
this act are declared to be severable.
