12-17,140.   Transportation development district act;citation.(a) K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 12-17,140 through 12-17,149 and12-17,147a, andamendments thereto,shallbeknown and may be cited as the transportation development district act.

      (b)   The powers conferred by this act are for public uses, economicdevelopment purposes or purposes for which public money may be expended.
