12-17,151.   Same; application to existing
districts.
The provisions of
K.S.A. 2009 Supp.
12-17,140 through 12-17,150, and
amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 12-194 and 25-432, as amended pursuant to this
act, shall apply to all transportation development districts, whether created
before or after July 1, 2003.
