12-17,170.   Default; payment from public funds,when.In the event that the city or county shall default in thepayment of any STAR bonds payable from revenues described in subsection (a)(1)ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.12-17,169, and amendments thereto, no public funds shallbe used to pay theholders thereof except as otherwise specifically authorized in this act.
