Article 17.--BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND GROUNDS

     
12-17,170.   Default; payment from public funds,
when.
In the event that the city or county shall default in the
payment of any STAR bonds payable from revenues described in subsection (a)(1)
of
K.S.A. 2009 Supp.
12-17,169, and amendments thereto, no public funds shall
be used to pay the
holders thereof except as otherwise specifically authorized in this act.
