12-2025.   Video competition act; consistent withfederal cable act.(a) The provisions of this act are intended to be consistentwiththe federal cable act, 47 U.S.C. §521 et seq.

      (b)   Nothing in this act shall be interpreted to prevent a competitive videoservice provider, a cable operator or a municipalityfrom seeking clarification of its rights and obligations under federal law orto exercise any right or authority underfederal or state law.
