Article 21.--REFUSE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL

     
12-2122a.   Contracts for refuse collection.
Any contracts currently in force, entered pursuant to the
provisions of K.S.A. 12-2112 to 12-2122, inclusive, and amendments thereto,
shall continue
in force and effect as if entered into under the interlocal cooperation
act, K.S.A. 12-2901 et seq., and amendments thereto.
