12-2203.   Lease of public parking facilities by certain cities;duration and terms of lease.Any city with a commission form of government and having a population ofover 125,000 and less than 200,000 may lease public parking facilities fora term of not more than fifteen (15) years. In addition to such other termsas may be negotiated and agreed to, the lease shall provide that the lesseewill offer the parking facilities for the use of the public or that suchparking facilities will be used in conjunction with a place of publicaccommodation, such as hotels, motels or restaurants.
