Article 25.--COMPACTS BETWEEN MISSOURI AND KANSAS

     
12-2516.   Same; filling of vacancies.
Vacancies occurring in the office of a commissioner appointed to enter into
the compact contained in K.S.A. 12-2514 and amendments thereto shall be
filled by appointment by the governor for the unexpired term.
