12-2518.   Commissioners of Mo-Kan development agency; appointments;qualifications.The governorshall appoint, subject to confirmation by the senate as provided in K.S.A.75-4315b, five commissioners of the Mo-Kan development agencycreated by compactbetween the states of Missouri and Kansas. All commissioners soappointed shall be qualified voters in the state and shall reside withinthe Mo-Kan metropolitan development district, and at least one membershall be appointed from each county located within such district.
